What Are You Dealing With?® To Increase Sales is a sales analysis and planning tool for any size sales organization. This unique tool combines analysis for both sales people as well as sales management and then brings them together to create customized sales plans for each. The tool starts with our proprietary card game, What Are You Dealing With? ® To Increase Sales, this 52-card deck identifies issues that typically hold back sales organizations. The first step in the tool takes both management and sales people through the card game and has them identify issues that are holding back the organization as well as issues that are holding them back individually. We then have them complete the sales effectiveness questionnaire which focuses on 6 areas:
Once we have identified the issues for management and individual sales people we then take all participants through a workshop that will help them develop solutions for the organization and then also help the sales people create strategic action plans that will help them execute the solutions to increase their sales. We also then stay with them for 6 months through our coaching process to assist them in executing their plans.
