What Are You Dealing With is a unique tool that allows businesses and organizations to identify and then solve the issues they are dealing with that are either limiting their success or holding them back. The first step in the tool is a unique card game that has been developed after years of research. The deck is a 52-card deck and each card represents an issue with issues covering 7 critical areas:

  • Leadership and Engaging Your Team   
  • Vision and Branding
  • Maximizing Productivity and Executing a Process or Plan
  • Marketing Systems
  • Maximizing Sales and Your Sales Process
  • Customer Service and Creating Raving Fans

“What Are You Dealing With?” cards are designed to help us understand what issues you believe are holding your organization back from even higher levels of performance.  Once you select your top six cards we’ll be able to determine where to focus our energy together with you for maximum results.

Once we have the cards that you have identified we then dig deeper with a series of probing questions that delve into why you believe each of these issues are holding your business or organization back.  We then play the same card game with your key employees and get their feedback as well.

When we have all the information from you and your employees we then create a report we call Observations, Recommendations and Priorities and from this report we plug the priorities into our unique Business Planning Funnel, developed from the award winning book, Ultimate Breakthrough Planning, The Business Funnel will then give you a step by step blueprint that focuses on the actions or activities that you need execute. You can track the results of your plan by monitoring the key milestones built into it.
