Each situation is a little different

A little bit about me
For over 20 years I’ve worked with hundreds of businesses in 24 different industries. I’ve been involved in 11 different start-ups and know the pitfalls of starting a business. My clients have consistently grown their businesses an average of 27% and I’ve seen growth as high as 292%. And I’ve added millions of dollars to their bottom lines.
My approach is very different from your average business coach in several ways.
First, I’ve created a repeatable, measurable, simple system that no matter what business or industry you’re in it will work for you.
Second, I call them like I see them. No B.S. I’m going to tell you exactly what I recommend for your business and how to go after it. You may not always like what I have to say but if I wasn’t straight with you it does neither of us any good. Of course, I will ask you questions and over time it could end up being hundreds of them. But at a certain point, I will tell you precisely what to do so you can get what you want.
The way I see it, you’re going to pay me a fair sum of money and when you ask me questions it’s because you think you need answers. So when you ask me what I think, believe me, I will tell you.

…If your business has greater than $250,000 in annual sales. (If sales are less than that we may still be a fit. It depends on your immediate growth goals, the resources you have to facilitate that growth, and frankly, whether you have the cash. If not, I have other business growth products, which might be more appropriate.)
…If you are committed to growing your business right now, by a lot. The fact is that not everybody wants to grow, and some people who really would like to grow don’t really want to do what’s necessary to make it happen. Your commitment to significant growth is critical because, one, without profit growth the investment in my services just doesn’t make sense. And two, if you’re not committed to growing your business, why would you put up with someone kicking your butt to take action all the time?

…If you are committed to producing results and willing to work on a six month time horizon. Face it. The kinds of results we produce take time. If you want what you want within 30 days, I might be able to help you but I cannot and will not sign up for that. My clients decide to go the distance to get what they want, and believe investing the time to do so makes complete sense. This doesn’t mean you won’t see results much sooner than that. Most likely you’ll get some of what you want in short order and I’ll do my best to make sure you do.
How we will work together
If we decide to work together you’ll start with a Business Success Analysis, this will include a detailed questionnaire and a Business Effectiveness Questionnaire. The objective is to get you thinking more profoundly about your business than ever before. In addition I may interview vial phone your key employees as well as analyze your marketing and sales systems. Many new clients tell me this is an eye-opening process, and often reach a certain level of enlightenment from this first step alone.
Next, we will do an in depth interview either in person or via phone, together we’ll dig deeply into your situation and examine what I call the six critical areas of your business. We’ll analyze your vision and branding, leadership and team, your marketing systems, your sales process, your operation and customer service and finally we’ll examine your strategic alliances. We consider everything that’s relevant to putting your business on the fastest possible track. I’ll then prepare a report called Observations, Recommendations and Priorities and we’ll review that report and from it we’ll take the priorities and then build your strategic action plan using my Business Planning Funnel. I’ll take you through the process I write about in my award winning book, Ultimate Breakthrough Planning: The Business Funnel Approach.
Over the course of the next six months, we’ll have a series of scheduled phone meetings to keep your growth program on track. You will have the option of either a once a month program or a twice a month program. I will also make a specific recommendation based on your plan. This is how we insure steady progress towards your business goals.
Between scheduled conversations you may have questions, concerns, ideas, issues, documents for review or editing, marketing or sales or negotiation emergencies, and other things, which need prompt attention. This part of our work together is unscheduled and unlimited, with ad-hoc communication by email, IM, text, phone, or any of the ways we agree to reach each other. I am committed to helping you grow your business, period.
Occasionally during the year we may meet face-to-face again if circumstances call for it.
Fees
Our work is based on a six-month agreement. The program fees range from $10,000 to $30,000, this includes the initial analysis. The program fee is paid upon signing our agreement.
Guarantee
Because I know my systems work I do something pretty unusual in coaching and consulting: I guarantee our work together. People are typically surprised by this and want to know how it’s possible. It’s easy, I know my track record, and my guarantee is based on your performance and satisfaction. My guarantee is simple; if you do the things we agree on and execute your plan at the end of our work together if you’re not satisfied your business is in better shape I’ll continue working with you at no cost until we get it right.
